Here is a photo of a Wild Himalayan Tahr we saw along the trail today. These are a rare and endangered species. Today is the first day of our 11 day training and development workshop for two of our woman Sherpa climbers.
The goal of this workshop is to bring more Sherpa women into the before now male dominated world of sherpa climbers. We will be conducting a variety of train exercises and developing skills through the next 11 days.
